Terms of Service
Effective from: 04.04.2026
§1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Monflow website, available at: monflow.app (hereinafter: the “Service”).

The Service provides electronic services within the meaning of applicable law, in particular the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services. These Terms constitute an agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the User.
The Service is a tool for recording expenses and income and for budget analysis. The Service Provider may periodically introduce technical interruptions, updates or maintenance work.
§2. Definitions
- Service – the Monflow web application available at monflow.app.
- Service Provider – Netview Agency Sp. z o.o.
- User – a person using the Service and holding an Account.
- Account – an individual User profile enabling use of the Service’s features.
- Free Plan – the free version of the Service with limited functionality.
- Premium Plan – a paid subscription providing access to extended features.
- Stripe – an external payment provider handling subscriptions and billing.
- Privacy Policy – the document setting out the rules for personal data processing, available in the Service.
§3. Technical requirements
To use the Service, the following are required:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies,
- an active email address (for registration and communication).
§4. Scope of services
Monflow enables in particular:
- recording income and expenses,
- analysis of personal finances,
- generating summaries and reports,
- managing categories,
- accessing data history.
Under the Premium Plan, additional features may be available, including for example:
- extended data history,
- advanced analytics,
- other features indicated in the Premium Plan description within the Service.
The scope of features may be developed, updated or changed. The Service Provider may introduce new features, modify existing ones or withdraw selected features, while respecting Users’ rights under applicable law.
§5. Registration and Account
Creating an Account requires:
- providing an email address and setting a password or logging in through an external provider (e.g. Google),
- reading and accepting the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
The User is required to provide accurate data and to keep login credentials confidential. The User is responsible for actions carried out within their Account.
One User may hold one Account.
The Service Provider may verify activity within the Service for security and abuse prevention purposes. The rules for restricting access to an Account and terminating services are described in the further provisions of these Terms.
§6. Rules of using the Service and service availability
The User undertakes to use the Service in a lawful manner, in accordance with these Terms and the principles of social coexistence.
The following are prohibited in particular:
- taking actions that may disrupt the operation of the Service or its technical infrastructure,
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, systems or data of other Users,
- using automated tools (bots, scripts) to use the Service without the Service Provider’s consent,
- automated data collection (scraping), mass querying or other actions leading to excessive load,
- bypassing the Service’s security measures or attempting to do so,
- using the Service in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure continuous operation of the Service, however due to the nature of electronically supplied services, technical interruptions, maintenance work, updates or failures beyond the Service Provider’s control may occur (e.g. on the side of infrastructure providers).
§7. Premium subscription and payments
The Premium Plan is a paid subscription service (monthly or yearly), in accordance with the current pricing available in the Service.
Payments are handled by the external payment provider Stripe. Payment card data is not stored by Monflow.
The subscription renews automatically for subsequent billing periods (monthly or yearly) until cancelled by the User, in accordance with the settings of the selected plan and the rules of the Stripe payment provider.
The User may manage their subscription at any time via the “Subscription” tab available in the Service. This tab redirects to a secure subscription management panel operated by Stripe.
In the subscription management panel, the User may in particular:
- cancel the subscription,
- change the plan from monthly to yearly or from yearly to monthly,
- manage the payment method,
- view payment history.
If the subscription plan is changed, the new plan will take effect after the end of the current billing period.
In the event of subscription cancellation:
- Premium access remains active until the end of the paid billing period,
- after that, the Account switches to the Free Plan.
Prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable.
The Monflow Service is intended for personal finance management and does not constitute accounting software, invoicing software or a system for running a business activity.
Invoices (including VAT invoices) are issued at the User’s request in accordance with applicable law. To receive an invoice, the User should contact the Service Provider at: [email protected].
§8. Right of withdrawal (consumer)
A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, in accordance with the provisions of consumer rights law.
If the User requests that the services begin before the expiry of the 14-day period (e.g. activates Premium and starts using it), this may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal in respect of digital services, in accordance with the law.
Details regarding withdrawal may depend on whether and to what extent the User started using the services before the withdrawal period expired.
§9. User data and content entered into the Service
Data entered into the Service by the User (e.g. categories, transactions, descriptions) remains the property of the User. The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive licence to process such data solely for the purpose of providing services, maintaining the Service and ensuring its security.
The User should enter data that is lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
The Service Provider may develop the Service, make changes to features or the interface and remove selected features, if justified by technical, security, legal compliance or product development reasons.
§10. Liability
Monflow is a tool supporting budget management. The Service does not provide financial, investment or tax advice.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- financial decisions made by the User on the basis of data or analyses within the Service,
- loss of profits,
- technical interruptions beyond the Service Provider’s control (e.g. failures of infrastructure providers),
- the operation of third-party services (e.g. Stripe, Google, email providers) to the extent beyond the Service Provider’s control.
Unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise, the Service Provider’s maximum liability towards the User is limited to the amount of the fee for the last paid subscription period.
§11. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, its code, graphics, trade marks and functionality belong to the Service Provider.
The following are prohibited in particular:
- copying, modifying or distributing elements of the Service without the Service Provider’s consent,
- decompilation, reverse engineering or bypassing security measures,
- automated data collection (scraping) and actions disrupting the operation of the Service.
§12. Personal data
The Service Provider is the controller of personal data. Detailed information regarding data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available within the Service.
Payment data is processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s regulations and documentation.
§13. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email to: [email protected].
A complaint should include:
- the Account email address,
- a description of the problem,
- the date the problem occurred (if possible).
Complaints are considered within 14 days.
§14. Termination of the agreement and account deletion
The User may delete their Account at any time. Deleting the Account may result in the loss of access to data stored within the Service.
The Service Provider may retain certain data after the Account is deleted only to the extent required by law or necessary to pursue claims and ensure security (e.g. backups for a limited period).
§15. Account suspension and termination of services
1) Suspension or blocking of an Account
The Service Provider may temporarily restrict access to the Service, suspend or permanently block a User’s Account if this is necessary for security reasons or in the event of a justified suspicion that the User is violating the law or the provisions of these Terms, in particular through abuse, automated actions (bots), attempts to bypass security measures, scraping or actions that may disrupt the operation of the Service.
Where possible, the Service Provider will inform the User of the restrictions applied and the basic reason (e.g. “breach of the Terms” or “security reasons”), provided that detailed information may not be disclosed if doing so could jeopardise the security of the Service or other Users.
2) Closure of the Service
The Service Provider may discontinue the provision of services and shut down the Service (closure of the Service) for important reasons, in particular in the event of the end of the project or significant legal, organisational or technological changes. In such a case, the Service Provider will inform Users in advance, no later than 30 days before the planned termination date.
In the event of closure of the Service:
- Users retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid billing period, provided that the Service remains active,
- Users should cancel their Premium subscription in the subscription management panel or in Stripe (if applicable) to avoid further renewals,
- if, for reasons attributable to the Service Provider, access to Premium services is terminated before the end of the paid period, the Service Provider may issue a proportional refund for the unused part of the period.
§16. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be amended for important reasons, in particular: changes in law, changes to the service model, introduction of new features or technological changes.
The User will be informed of changes in advance. If the User does not accept the changes, they may stop using the Service and delete the Account before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means acceptance of the changes.
§17. Final provisions
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
