1. General provisions
These terms define the rules of the Monflow partner program operated by Netview Agency Sp. z o.o., NIP: 7343608489, REGON: 521685180, ul. Lwowska 35/6, 33-300 Nowy Sacz, Poland.
The program lets approved partners recommend Monflow and receive commission from paid subscriptions assigned to their referral code.
2. Participation
A participant may be an adult individual or company with an active Monflow account, a submitted partner application, and manual approval from Monflow.
3. Referrals
- The partner receives an individual referral code and link.
- Commission is calculated only from valid paid subscriptions that were not refunded or disputed.
- Spam, misleading advertising, impersonating Monflow, and unlawful promotion are prohibited.
4. Commission and payouts
The standard commission is 15% of the paid subscription value, unless Monflow agrees different terms in writing or by email.
Payouts may be requested after the minimum payout threshold and verification period are met. Individuals are paid via Stripe Connect, while companies settle payouts by invoice.
5. Taxes and settlement data
The partner is responsible for correctly settling taxes and other public-law obligations connected with received commission. Monflow may require data needed to pay out or settle funds, including identification and tax data.
6. Corrections and abuse
Monflow may withhold payout, correct the balance, or cancel commission if a payment was refunded, disputed, considered abusive, or obtained in a way that breaches these terms.
